Jackie Henrion is an author, educator, and MBA-trained financial thinker whose work integrates mindfulness science with practical money management. She holds a BA in Psychology from Bates College, an MBA from Puget Sound University, and an MFA in Creative Writing from Naropa University.
Drawing on more than two decades of corporate business experience, over a decade as an ASCAP-affiliated independent singer-songwriter, Henrion integrates analytical rigor with creative practice.
Through years of teaching adult learners, she developed the Financial Selfie™ and Mind Money™ frameworks to help women understand both monetary and non-monetary assets as essential components of what she calls Wholistic Wealth.
Her approach is grounded in psychiatrist Daniel J. Siegel’s definition of mind as the regulation of energy and information, translating contemporary neuroscience into practical tools for financial clarity, decision-making, and reduced anxiety.
Henrion is the author of Rerooted, Sandpointed, Collabitation, and the forthcoming Counting On Yourself: A Woman’s Way to Wholistic Wealth. She has taught through the Institute for Continued Learning at Utah Tech University and writes the Substack column You Make the Culture.
